Why a made-to-order kitchen is a different kind of sale
Nobody adds a fitted kitchen to a cart the way they would a kettle on Uzum. It is an expensive purchase with a long decision: the buyer compares several workshops, talks it over with family, and often waits on a renovation or a move. So the page should not try to close the sale on the spot. It should remove doubts and lead to the first contact, which is usually a measurement or a consultation.
The worries are predictable: deadlines slip, the result differs from what was discussed, the price grows after measuring, the hardware turns out cheap. Build each block of the page as an answer to one of those worries.
The offer and the first screen
The first screen decides whether people stay. It needs three things: what you make and for what type of home, what sets you apart, and the one action you want. “Best kitchens at best prices” says nothing. Specifics work better: a free visit from the measurer, a 3D project before the contract, your own production instead of reselling.
Do not promise what you cannot back up with documents or finished projects. If you state a lead time, it should be written into the contract.
Blocks that lead to an enquiry
The order of blocks matters more than their number. A workable sequence: offer, examples of work, how an order proceeds, materials and hardware, what affects price, reviews, questions, the form.
- Examples of work: real photos and short videos from your own projects, with layout and materials noted. Stock images give themselves away quickly.
- Order stages: measurement, design, contract, production, delivery, installation, each explained in plain words.
- Materials and hardware: what the carcass and fronts are made of, which hinges and runners are used, what the warranty covers.
- A price guide: an exact figure is not required, but show what it is made of, such as dimensions, front material, countertop, appliances and installation complexity.
- Reviews and locations: names and districts with the client’s consent, ideally a video from a finished kitchen.
- A short form: name, phone number, preferred messenger.
Handling leads in Uzbekistan
A phone call is not the only channel. Many people would rather message on Telegram or send room measurements with a photo. Put a Telegram bot or chat button next to the form and route every lead to a team group so nobody waits until the next morning for a reply.
A simple quiz or estimate step helps too: kitchen type (straight, corner, with an island), rough dimensions, budget range. It filters out casual enquiries and gives the manager something to start the first conversation with. If you take a deposit, decide in advance how it is processed through Click or Payme and what confirmation the customer receives.
Traffic and tracking for a custom kitchen landing page
The page alone will not generate enquiries. Typical sources are Instagram and Facebook ads, Google Ads, search and maps, Telegram channels and word of mouth. It helps to give each source its own version of the first screen, or at least a tag in the link.
The minimum tracking setup is goals for form submissions, taps on the phone number and messengers, and leads split by source. Without it you cannot tell which channel brings measurements and which brings only visits. Agree up front what counts as success: cost per lead, the share of leads that reach measurement, signed contracts.
What drives the cost of building it
The price of a landing page comes from several parts: planning the structure and copy, design, mobile layout, loading speed, connecting forms, bots and analytics, and preparing photos and video. Custom interactive elements such as a calculator or configurator, and a large portfolio to process, add the most.
Teams often save on copy and photography, though those are what actually sell. Fewer blocks with real examples beat many blocks with filler.
Where to start
Collect your best projects, write down your stages and warranty terms, and decide which enquiries you count as qualified. Then structure and design can be ordered. The markdev team builds websites end to end and sets up analytics so you can see which ads bring customers. If you want to talk through a landing page for your workshop, send us a request and we will go through the task together.
FAQ
Do I need a landing page if I already have Instagram?
Instagram shows your work well, but it does not answer questions about timing, stages and warranty in one place. A landing page gathers it all, takes enquiries and can be the destination for ads.
How many pages does a custom kitchen business need?
One page with several blocks is usually enough to start. Separate pages for kitchen types or materials make sense once you see which search queries bring traffic.
Should I show prices on the page?
An exact price for a custom order is hard to give, but a guide and the factors behind the cost are worth showing. It filters out unsuitable enquiries and builds trust.
How do I know the landing page works?
Look at leads by source, the share that reach measurement, and the cost per signed contract. That requires analytics goals and a record of enquiries in a CRM or at least a spreadsheet.
