What an end-to-end analytics service actually does
Standard web analytics answers the question “how many people visited.” End-to-end analytics answers a different one: “how much money did each source bring in.” To do that, the service records the visit and its source, stores the customer’s enquiry, matches it to a deal in your CRM or spreadsheet, and adds ad spend from Meta Ads and Google Ads.
The owner then sees cost per paid order by channel, the share of deals that close and how long advertising takes to pay back, instead of clicks and cost per lead. Decisions shift accordingly: budget moves to channels that sell, not just channels with cheap leads.
Which sources to connect in Uzbekistan
Customer journeys here rarely follow the neat “website, form, payment” line. Someone sees an ad on Instagram, writes in Direct or Telegram, calls from a personal number, and pays through Click, Payme or cash at the office. If the tool only sees your website, most of the journey stays invisible and the report looks tidy but tells you little.
Before choosing a solution, map every point where a customer leaves a trace:
- Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts with spend by campaign
- your website and landing pages, with forms, buttons and events
- phone calls, ideally with source tracking by number
- Instagram Direct and Telegram conversations, including leads from a bot
- the CRM where managers update deal stages
- payments via Click, Payme, card terminal or the till
- marketplaces such as OLX and Uzum, if you also sell there
What drives the cost
There is no universal price, because it depends on the task. Typical components are a platform subscription if you buy a ready-made product, tag and event setup on the website, CRM and messenger integrations, dashboard building and ongoing support. The more sources you have and the messier your deal records, the more work the start requires.
Count your own team’s time too. If managers do not record the outcome of a call or chat, no service can reconstruct that data afterwards.
Ready-made platform or custom setup
Ready-made platforms launch faster and are familiar to most contractors, but they do not always work well with local messengers and payment systems. A setup built on Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker Studio and your own CRM is more flexible and usually cheaper over time, yet someone has to maintain it.
The choice depends on how many channels you run and where sales actually close. A shop taking orders from Instagram and Telegram needs a different design from a clinic where the receptionist’s phone call decides everything.
Questions to ask a provider before you start
A good contractor does not promise “sales growth.” They explain what data they will collect and how they will verify it. Ask a few plain questions:
- How will you connect a Telegram or Direct enquiry to a payment?
- What happens to attribution if a customer browses on one device and buys on another?
- Who owns the accounts, dashboards and data when the work ends?
- How will you check that report figures match the till?
- What decision will I be able to make from the report in the first month?
Common mistakes
The first mistake is counting every contact as a lead, including spam and “how much is it?” messages. The second is not passing deal status into analytics, so you see leads but not sales. The third is changing UTM tags without shared rules, which splits one channel into several. The fourth is drawing conclusions from a handful of deals and reshuffling budget too early.
Last, a report that leads to no decision. If you look at the dashboard and still do not know what to do with your ads, the setup is not finished.
Where to begin
Start with one question: what counts as a sale in your business, and where is it recorded? Then describe the customer path, confirm that managers enter data consistently, and only then pick tools. The markdev team helps with this process: we review your sources, propose a tracking scheme and set up reporting around the decisions you actually make. If you would like to discuss your case, get in touch and we will look at where it makes sense to begin for your business.
FAQ
How is end-to-end analytics different from Google Analytics?
Google Analytics shows what people do on your website. End-to-end analytics adds ad spend, calls, chats and deal stages, so results are measured in revenue rather than visits.
Does it work if we sell through Telegram and Instagram?
Yes, provided leads from messengers reach your CRM or a spreadsheet with the source recorded. This usually means a bot, tagged links and clear rules for managers.
Do we need a CRM for end-to-end analytics?
It is strongly advised. A spreadsheet can work at the start, but as enquiries grow, matching them to payments without a CRM becomes hard and data gets lost.
When will we see the first conclusions?
That depends on lead volume and how long a deal takes to close. Products with quick decisions show patterns sooner, while expensive services require waiting for deals to close.
