Bitrix24 End-to-End Analytics: A Practical Setup Guide

Bitrix24 end-to-end analytics answers a simple question: how much revenue did each advertising sum bring in? Not how many leads arrived, but how many of them actually paid. Here is how the data chain works, where it usually breaks, and what to fix on your website and in the CRM so the reports are good enough to make budget decisions.

What end-to-end analytics gives you

Standard ad reporting stops at the lead. Someone leaves a phone number, and the ad account counts a conversion. The important part happens afterwards in the CRM: did anyone pick up the phone, did the client come to a meeting, was an invoice issued, did they pay? When each of those stages is tied back to a source, you stop looking at cost per lead and start looking at cost per paid order.

For a company in Tashkent or in the regions, this often changes the picture. Leads from Instagram and Google Ads can cost about the same and still close very differently. Without a link to deals in Bitrix24, budgets get shifted on gut feeling.

The foundation is the website, not the CRM

Bitrix24 can receive leads from CRM forms, chats, email and calls, but it cannot tell where a person came from unless the website passes that information along. If nobody planned for it during development, forms and counters have to be rebuilt later.

That is why tracking belongs in the technical brief before design starts. In turnkey website development at markdev, it is a separate block of work: link structure, forms, events and data transfer to the CRM. At a minimum, the site should have:

  • UTM tags on every ad link, following one naming rule
  • the visitor's source saved and passed into hidden form fields
  • a visitor ID from Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics, so a visit can be matched to a deal
  • one clear set of forms instead of a dozen different widgets
  • goal events: form submit, phone tap, click to Telegram

The data chain from click to payment

End-to-end analytics only works if no link in the chain is lost. If the source disappears at any step, the deal falls into “direct traffic” and the report loses its meaning.

  • an ad click carrying UTM tags
  • a site visit with the source stored
  • a form, a call or a messenger message
  • a lead and a deal in Bitrix24 with the source field filled in
  • funnel stages and a reason for rejection
  • payment and the actual deal amount
  • a report comparing channel spend against revenue

Local realities: calls, Telegram and offline sales

Many customers in Uzbekistan first write in Telegram or Instagram Direct, call, or simply walk into an office. Each path needs its own marker. For Telegram, use separate bot or channel links with parameters. For calls, use separate numbers per channel, or make “How did you hear about us?” a required question for managers. The manager should pick the answer from a list in the deal card rather than type it in, otherwise the report ends up with five spellings of the same source.

Payment deserves special attention. Whether a client pays through Click, Payme or cash at the till, either the manager or an integration must confirm the deal amount. A “won” deal has to mean real money, or revenue in the report will be inflated. Orders from Uzum and OLX are best tracked as separate sources and not mixed with website advertising.

How to roll it out step by step

Do not try to build everything at once. It is safer to work in stages and check after each one that the data actually arrives.

  • decide what counts as a result: a paid order, a meeting or a signed contract
  • describe the funnel in Bitrix24 and make the source field mandatory
  • set up tags and pass them from website forms into the CRM
  • test the chain by hand: submit a test lead from every channel
  • connect ad accounts and load spend data
  • build the report, reconcile it with actual cash received, and only then change budgets

Common mistakes

The first mistake is launching ads without tags and sorting it out later; past data cannot be recovered. The second is leaving managers undisciplined: empty fields and deals closed “just to tidy up” damage a report more than any technical fault. The third is expecting accuracy down to the last sum. Some enquiries will always have no source, and the goal is to keep that share small and understood.

FAQ

Can I set this up if my website is already live?

Yes, though forms and counters often need adjusting so they pass the source into Bitrix24. Start with an audit of what data currently reaches your deals.

Do I need paid services for this?

Not necessarily. A basic setup can run on tags, counters and CRM fields. Paid tools make sense when you have many channels and reconciling spend by hand takes too much time.

What about phone calls if I have no call tracking?

Make the source field mandatory in the deal card and train managers to ask every caller. It is cruder than call tracking, but far better than nothing.

How do I know the data is reliable enough for decisions?

Compare revenue from deals against actual money received over the same period. If the gap is small and the share of deals without a source is low, you can trust the report.
