What end-to-end analytics actually means
End-to-end analytics connects three things into one chain: the ad source, the customer's actions and the payment. Standard reporting in Meta Ads or Google Ads stops at a click or a lead. End-to-end analytics keeps going and shows how many of those leads became sales and how much revenue each channel produced.
The difference matters. A campaign can deliver cheap leads who never answer the phone, while another costs more per lead but brings buyers. Without the full chain you may switch off the second campaign and keep the first.
Why the chain usually breaks here
Customer journeys in Uzbekistan rarely follow a neat path of website, form, CRM. Someone sees an Instagram ad, sends a direct message, moves to Telegram, calls a manager and pays on delivery or by card transfer. Data is lost at every handoff.
Add marketplaces such as OLX and Uzum, where some orders bypass your site, plus offline points in Tashkent and the regions. If nothing is configured, your report shows a line called direct traffic, and a large share of sales hides behind it.
What a working setup includes
It is not a single tool or a magic button. It is a set of connected parts, and one weak link spoils the whole picture.
- Counters and pixels on the website and landing pages, such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
- UTM tags on every ad link, including links to Telegram bots.
- A CRM, or at least a spreadsheet, where each inquiry gets a source and a status.
- Call tracking or separate phone numbers if leads come by phone.
- Payment records for Click, Payme, cash and instalments, tied to the deal.
- A dashboard that puts ad spend next to revenue.
Where to start
Start by agreeing on numbers, not by buying software. The rest follows from a few plain questions.
- Decide what counts as a result: a lead, a payment or a repeat purchase.
- Map the real customer path, including calls and messengers.
- Check that the basic counters are installed and counting correctly.
- Agree who on the team enters deal statuses in the CRM.
- Build the first report by hand and automate it later.
Common mistakes
The problem is usually discipline, not technology. Even a perfect setup is useless if the data is entered carelessly.
- Launching ads without basic analytics, then being unable to judge results.
- Managers skip the lead source or close deals retroactively.
- Comparing channels by cost per lead while ignoring quality and revenue.
- Drawing conclusions from too short a period, before deals have matured.
What drives the cost
The price depends on the number of channels and touchpoints, whether you already have a CRM, whether call tracking is needed and how complex your payments are. One-off setup and ongoing support are priced separately: data checks, tag fixes and report updates. It is usually cheaper to start with a simple link between your main channels and expand than to build a complex system on day one.
How to tell it is working
A good sign is that you can state the cost of acquiring a customer and the revenue for each channel, and those figures match your accounting. Another is that budget decisions come from the report rather than from gut feeling.

FAQ
Does a small business need end-to-end analytics?
If you spend money on ads and want to know what pays off, yes. A small business can start with a simple version: tags, a spreadsheet or CRM, and one summary report.
Can I track sales from Telegram and phone calls?
Yes. Telegram is tracked with tags in bot or channel links, and calls with call tracking or separate numbers. What matters is that the source reaches the deal record.
How do I account for cash payments?
The manager records the payment in the CRM or spreadsheet and links it to the original lead. Without that habit, offline sales will not appear in the report.
How soon will I see results?
First data appears right after launch, but conclusions are safer once enough deals have accumulated and your normal sales cycle has passed.
